    Thanks for sharing, that's me in the vid.  Yup I'm flexible, but it doesn't mean only flexible people can do this!  Just takes practice and patience, and it helps in a lot of different activities.  The flexibility helps me get better positions in my squats (front and back) and Olympic lifts.
