Ilya Ilyin Clean & Squat Jerking 245kg!

I remember seeing for the first time a year and a half ago and it absolutely blew my mind!

If I remember correctly (there exist more clips from that session) Ilya attempted 235kg before that and missed it. But being Ilya he just threw another 10kg on there and made it.

This was a week before he set the 246kg Clean & Jerk World Record!

@ilyailyin_4ever clean and SQUAT jerking 245kg/540lb in training about 1 week before the 2015 President’s Cup in Grozny! This is definitely the heaviest squat jerk video ever published and it’s fairly likely that it’s the heaviest squat jerk ever made in the history of weightlifting.
