Mart Seim 380kg Back Squat

Meanwhile in Ukraine…

Mart Seim’s (@martseim) is in his final training camp before worlds.

A couple of weeks ago he mentioned to me that the heaviest he will squat before worlds is probably going to be 380kg.

And today he delivered! What’s even cooler is that he is wearing an ATG shirt ? By far the heaviest squat in an ATG shirt to date (and probably for a long time to come).
