Mobility for Bench Press Arch Position

Here is a video with mobility exercises to help you get into a better arched position for your bench press.

Tools:

  • rubber bands
  • rumble roller / foam roller

Mobility Exercises:

  • do overhead squats holding on to to the band
  • with foam roller, work on scapula, reach arms behind you
  • open up the rib cage on foam roller
  • work on thoracic extension, stretch on foam roller
  • superman stretch / cobra pose
