National Bulking Day vs Turkey Day Damage Control

Over at 70s Big it is official National Bulking Day with the traditional 70s Big weight gain challenge.

 Basically contestants will weigh-in pre/post meal and whoever has gained the most weight wins.

On the opposite side end Coach Goeff has some tips for Turkey Day Damage Control.

  • Be Prepared
  • Eat a Good Breakfast
  • Have a cup of coffee every few hours after bingeing begins
  • Have a glass of water with a lemon squeezed in it
  • Eat a handful of almonds
  • Shortly after your first binge, have a serving of yerba mate tea
  • Drink water throughout the day
  • Exercise
