    There’s a lot of talk about cheating reps these days… Never have I seen a man performing womens weights/standards and getting away with it…

    This is very interesting. I was beginning to wonder when our russian comrades would throw their hat into the xfit ring.

      Through searching YouTube for content there’s one thing I’ve noticed – there’s quite a few Russians doing crossfit and Russians like sumo deadlifts a lot! 😀

    I thought Russia did a good job in fiscally supporting their successful Olympians? This makes me sad…an athlete is prioritizing Crossfit over THE OLYMPICS/WORLDCHAMPS for $…..A pathetic world we live in…

      Also agree.

      Given the Olympic Committee’s decision to drop Wrestling, the Olympic Games can no longer serve as any gold standard of athleticism and sport. This reinforces your point about the sad state of affairs in the world.

    Seems like a good way to introduce some bad habits into your precision lifts.

        Crossfit =/= gym-related.

        Crossfit = shit.

          I agree but I think this is relevant because she was a 3x world champion Olympic lifter
