Yes, she is currently banned, but luckily she has full support of the Russian federation. Recently Sergei Syrtsov (head coach) announced that:
We hope not only to see Olga at the Olympic Games in Brazil, but to see her on top of the podium. Everything is fine with her. She trains and prepares.
I have been hearing from multiple sources that she is hitting some very good numbers right now.
We are talking about “easy” 170kg C&J, 130kg Snatches, 160kg Cleans for reps etc.
Next, someone has to convince her to join instagram.
