Here she performs a barbell complex with 65kg (bodyweight).

  • Muscle Clean
  • Push Press
  • Overhead Squat
  • Good Morning

    That’s a nice complex with great body control. OHS with a push press grip is impressive.

    I give it a 9.5 for the dismount at the end. haha! Seriously though that narrow grip OHS, I’m jealous.
