Protein Waffles Recipe

Try this Protein Waffles recipe.

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 4 (125 mL) egg whites or 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
  • 1 / 2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon sweetener or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 

Directions:

  • remove surplus liquid from the cottage cheese by squeezing it in a kitchen towel
  • blend all ingredients to form a homogeneous mass
  • bake the protein waffle batter in a waffle iron (or just use a pan)
