Shoulder Internal Rotation Mobility WOD

After the squat cycle Kelly Starrett is here to work your shoulder internal rotation.

Part 1:

  • barbell shoulder smash (click here for similar MWODs)
  • pec major / minor with lacrosse ball
  • banded internal rotation

Part 2: similar to this MWOD

  • lacrosse ball on thoracic spine, lower part of scapula
  • internal rotation with band
  • barbell shoulder smash

Part 3:

  • internal rotation on a bar
  • high band on shoulder
  • barbell shoulder smash

He also emphasizes the importance of creating torque first.
A point that has come up before. But it is good to bring the point home again.
