Here is a spreadsheet that generates your complete Starting Strength routine, warm-ups included.

  • Go to File – ‘Make a Copy’ to save it to you Google Docs or ‘Download as’
  • you can edit the yellow fields

    I’m trying to use this for my sister who is new to weight training. I entered her numbers in the yellow boxes and everything stayed the same. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

    Wichita Falls % to reset column isn’t working in deadlift, I’m not sure how to fix it.. Great spread sheet thank you.
