    According to that my squat and deadlift are elite, but there are guys who do almost 100 kg more than me on each one. What the hell are they, then?

      Yeah looking at it I think they’ve done body weight in lbs and actual lifts in Kg?

    Lol… they look at a bit low. I reached cat 3 and 4 standards in my first 6 months of training.
