Here is Rebeka Koha’s last heavier training before becoming 2017 junior world champion.

This was her first training session after arriving in Tokyo, 2 days out from competition.

Workout:

  • Snatch up 90kg (she snatched 99kg later in comp)
  • Clean & Jerk up to 105kg (120kg C&J in comp)
  • Snatch Pull 105kg
  • Front Squat 120kg
  • Squat Jumps
  • Sit Ups
  • Back Extensions
