Now on Patreon: The Perfect Squat – Kuo Hsing-Chun’s heavy squat session from our trip to Taiwan.

In the full 18 minute video, she squats up to 175kg.

This is part one of a two part training session, which consisted of squats, jerks from the rack, and behind the neck snatch grip presses.

It was particularly interesting to witness (once again) Kuo’s & coach’s attention to detail, making every squat look identical.
