Top 3 Cooking Tips for Athletes (and everybody else)

November 5, 2011 By Gregor Winter Leave a Comment

On CrossFit Radio #196 Nick Massie shares his Top 3 Cooking Tips for Athletes.

  1. Mise en place – have your ingredients, utensils ready before you start
  2. Clean as you go – have a separate container with hot soapy water at your reach
  3. One step all – cook 2 big pots on Sunday (like stews, braises). This saves you a lot of hassle throughout the week

Below is a playlist of some of the stuff Nick cooked for the CrossFit Journal. Like the Tokyo Slaw or the Meatza.
