Let’s place bets how big Big Friday is? I think 183/235, Ilya does not look like he is in top shape now.

      175/225

After rewatching the video I think your bet is closer. But not gonna change mine =)

177/220. It is almost the standard of international class master of sports in Russia.

Wow I am looking forward to “Big Friday”. First time in a long time I have watched him and thought he is actually human! Looks to have a tender back. From what I saw its looks like a 160-170/200/210 🙂
    But I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 180/220.

170/215 with lots of attempts at 175+ then frustration and onward to his bread and butter for an easy 215 then bounce out.

I look forward to seeing what he actually does 🙂

This made me a bit nervous. Will he really be in top shape this summer?

Unless he gets injured, yeah. He has plenty of time to peak.

    • Kevin Watson says

      April 8, 2016 at 18:41

Setting up for peaks makes for higher peaks than if he just tried to stay in top shape all the time.

He was just taking it easy here…

I’m sure they have everything completely planned out to the t.

Great content as always :D. Don’t you guys thinks that Kazakhs look really let’s call it “brutal” in comparison to Russian and Chinese lifters? Gregor if you will ever want to do ATG on Tour in Warsaw and find yourself in the need for a place to stay, you will be more than welcome.

Well, in my opinion the chinese are the most brutal method nowadays,
