I love watching Clarence’s videos. Fascinating to see his progess. I hope to see him soon in competition and I wish him well.

The other guy in the video is also very strong doing 200 kg deadlifts for easy reps…

the video is entertaining indeed and his tricking looks impressive (have to say i havent got a clue on this kind of sports), but there is no progress in the competition lifts (in april there was a video with c&j 210, clean 215, this time hes struggling with 200)..

He says in the video he’s weaker from taking it easy.
Other than this video he’s pretty much only posted PRs.
        200 is 95% of 210.
He can’t PR every session and have his strength peaked out all the time or he’d be Clean & Jerking 250 by now.
And a 300kg Deadlift with no belt in Weightlifting Shoes…

keep calm, i didn’t criticize him. just gave my opinion on the euphoric phrase “fascinating progress”, since this time there was no in the video, as for quite some time there was no in his competition stats.

I ment the progress over the years. I still remember what he lifted when he posted his first videos. Already impressive but he got much stronger. I wish him to stay healthy to be able to compete on a high level.

Btw did anyone else think that he looks like John Lennon?

Fun video. By the way, does any one know why he is in Stuttgart? Is he there specifically to train? If so, why?
    Coaching? Facilities?
