  • muscle cream
  • car polisher
  • spinal decompression with band, check these rubber band stretching drills
  • lean into a wall against lacrosse ball

  • light Good Mornings
  • homemade Reverse Hyper using a plank in a rack (band resisted)
  • direct ab work, reverse band sit ups

    The lacrosse ball gas worked great for me! A ~$35 TENS machine is another option for back or any other muscle pain relief.

    another thing you can do to relieve lower lumber pain is psoas manipulation, like Justin from 70’s big. Works a treat!
