Elevated Platform Snatches to Fix an Early Jump

August 25, 2011 By Gregor Winter

Ursula Garza and Jodi Vaughn present a simple solution to fix an early jump when performing a snatch.

Problem: jumping to early (not fully extended)

Fix: perform deficit snatches from an elevated platform to make the first pull longer

When you remove the platform and get back to normal height, your timing will have changed and you will explode higher.
