Well, you already knew that Miika Antti-Roiko has some serious Front Squat power.

Here he does a super long paused (10 seconds!) one with 220kg!

      Actually 10 second, the camera man says “nine” and a second after that he gets up

    I don’t know if I would call that a Paused Squat, or rather a Breathing Squat. I guess it would depend on his intention with it.

      No point really, he just got pissed when he could not make a new PR. So I said “I bet you can’t pause 200 kg for 10 secs”.. well he did it, and after that, he did this. And now I owe him a dinner 🙂
