Kevin Cornell demonstrates How to do Barbell Pullovers.

Similar to the lying triceps extension Mark Rippetoe demonstrated.

Kevin does them two times a week after lighter sessions to strengthen the triceps and help his extension on the snatch and clean and jerk.

  • Controlled down, fast up
  • 3 – 5 sets of 10 reps
