Hi, I run ATG.
Follow me on instagram @gregorwinter (and ATG @atginsta).
more of a strech then a real good morning lol but very good strech
Not a stretch. Sets of 10 is muscle development work.
at 40% i consider it a strech to avoid lower back injury
if its 70-75% ok muscle developpement
but anyway any exercice ends up in muscle developpement
its great to keep and open mind and learn new support exercices …thans you all things gym
Rep ranges have nothing to do with what defines a stretch and what defines ‘muscle development work’. What separates weighted stretching and strength work is the weight being used and the range of motion.

In Asia, there are very different ideas about rounded back lifting from the Western world.
Lumbar flexion is an absolute no-no in the West, but an acceptable compromise in the East given the right situation and purpose.
I think they have their reasons, but I would still be **** scared to lift anything with a rounded back.
I would really like to use this range of motion with a heavy resistance
because this range looks safe enough. BUT you had better have a reserve
somewhat greater than this.
