Team China Training Hall 2016 Junior Worlds *Update Day 2*

Update 30.08.2016: Here is day 2 of the Chinese Junior Weightlifting Team training in Tbilisi before the 2016 Junior Worlds.

This is not a complete sessions because I was filming Lasha Talakhadze’s and Ankhtsetseg Munkhjantsan’s session at the same time.

  • 04:15 Mo Yongxiang 130kg Power Clean & Jerk
  • 04:32 Liu Jiawen 160kg Snatch Pulls / Panda Pulls
  • 05:04 Ou Lingli 115kg Clean & Jerk
  • 06:07 Zhou Yukun Deficit Round Back Deadlifts
  • 06:32 Post Training Massage & Stretching

Update 02.09.2016: Ou Lingli hitting her 90kg snatch opener and Clean & Jerking 115kg a couple of times.

Day 1

Here is the 2016 Chinese junior weightlifting team during their first training session in Georgia.
Featuring 2015 senior world champion Jiang Huihua and somewhat jet lagged Meng Cheng.

Snatches, Clean & Jerks, Front Squats, Snatch High Pulls / Panda Pulls plus some accessory exercises.

    i’ve been wondering after a while watching videos here and on Yt :
    Are all / most top lvl weightlifters capable of leg-split ?
    i’m so amazed to see how flexible they are, and i know flexibility-elasticity means more strengh

      Yeah that’s pretty common. Most, even the bigger boys and girls can do, or at least come close to doing, splits and pancake stretches.
