    The kind of weight this guy hoists for 10+ reps and some of his max training weights are ridiculous for a bodybuilder. Imagine if he had opted to be a powerlifter instead of "sculpting" lol. What I don't like is that these guys(pro bodybuilders)at times will deny that the foundation strength and size of their bodies came from more traditional strength training, not from series of isolation moves and peak contractions lol. Nonetheless him and johnnie jackson are my favorite bodybuilders.

    Not to mention he uses very poor technique for strength. Even using poor technique and not training for strength at all he has elite level strength.
