Just having arrived the day before, this was 4 days out from him.

• Shi snatches up to 130kg
• then Power Snatches 140kg
• light High Pulls up to 90kg

A nice little workout to shake off the rust.

Guest appearance by:

• Li Dayin (81kg), Front Squatting up to 230kg
• Yuan Chengfei (73kg) snatching 150kg

Most of the team was doing heavy front squats during that session. Lu 240kg, Tian 250kg etc, video follows later.
