Snatch Pull from Knee Height: 4x 200kg, 4x 210kg
Power Jerk: 2x 180kg, 2x 200kg
Snatch High Pull: 2x 190kg, 2x 195kg
What’s interesting are the Snatch High Pulls to a Stick at shoulder height (seen at 2:00).

The main purpose of pulling to a stick is that it keeps you honest. As you know, if you are doing pulls after you’ve done snatches or cleans, you might be tired and “dog” it a little and not quite finish your pull.
