    Will this work for external rotation as well?  Looking for a voodoo floss tip on external rotation issues

      Mmmh, on first thought I was thinking why not?

      You could try first compressing your shoulder and then do an external roation MWOD.

      I searched through the archive and found this:

      Here they work the external rotators while using the compression bands.
