Good drills if you have trouble catching or stabilizing the weight after a jerk.
Instruction for Foot Position:
- draw a line in front of our toes
- take 3 steps
- draw a new line
- in split stance with light weight
- weight 50/50 (Glenn says 60/40, Zygmunt Smalcerz says 45/55)
- back knee down
- 5 presses
- jerks in split
