One of the best young guns of 2015 in my opinion.
19 year old Antonino Pizzolato (85kg, Italy) snatching 161kg, and clean & jerking 202kg for 7th place among the world’s best senior lifters.
He is 2015 European Junior Champion and also won bronze at the 2015 Junior Worlds.

For quite some time the men’s side of the whole Italian WL movement has had to rely on Mirko Scarantino’s herculean efforts to gain some exposure and precious metal in international competitions. Looks like from now on he’s going to get some help, and I think that might be beneficial for his results, not to mention for the whole movement.
