He did not diet down for the meet and competed at 101.4kg.
Far from a PR for Artem, but consider the circumstances.
He told me that he only recently began his serious training (after injuring himself before London) and that he is “still weak”. Not only that, but he also had a fever last week.
So not a bad comeback after all.
