- 1 cup oats
- 4 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 tbsp. stevia
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Raisins (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
