3 Step Split Jerk Foot Position

Glenn Pendlay and Lindsay Taylor show an exercise that’ll help you “maintain a proper split or recover from the split position”.

The Jerk Ladder

  • draw 10 lines on the floor, each 3 foot apart
  • Suggested Weight: “over time a little more than you can Jerk”
