Thank you so much for sharing! I am an amateur gymnast who has only discovered ring training at 47. While I will never get to E or F level, it is inspiring to watch and helpful to see proper form in A and B (my level!)
Any ideas about written descriptions of the proper forms? (When elbows are bent, when straight, when legs are involved, when not.. etc.)
