Planche Progressions

Carl Paoli goes through some Planche progressions.

  • hand positions
  • planche lean
  • planche lean with elevated feet (feet on bands)
  • planche lean with elevated feet, one foot free

  • Headstand to Frogstand
  • Frogstand while extending one or both legs

Part 3 goes over some tuck Planche variations working towards flat tuck.

Part 4 has a bouncing variation using a rubber band.

Part 5 strengthens the back and buttm gets your ready for straddle position with a banded reverse hyper move.

Part 6 works on getting the back flat (band assisted)
