Tom Martin 360kg Deadlift at 91kg

April 30, 2014 By Gregor Winter

Meanwhile in Britain …

Tom Martin deadlifts 360kg at 91kg bodyweight!

Well on track for the IPF Raw Worlds in Johannesburg (01. – 08. June) I think.

This is the third time I’ve managed to work my way up to 360kg now, the first time I was a few kilos lighter and wearing a suit, the 2nd time some 10 kilos heavier and using straps, and this time, which I believe to be my strongest display. Hopefully I can keep it moving forwards this time…

can anyone tell me what weight each plate is… struggling to work out how there are 170kg on each side of the bar if orange is 15kg and blue is 10kg, and with the standard green plate = 50kg and red = 25kg each, that makes 150kg on each side, plus the 20kg bar = totals a 320kg lift… which I’m not knocking, nowhere near it myself

      4 reds + bar = 220 + green = 320 + blue = 360

    inner green is 50kg + 4 reds @ 25 kg + 1 green @10kg = 160kg per side *2 + 20 kg bar = 340 kg
