After we saw Lu Xiaojun do this exercise with 220kg, here is Liao Hui (69kg) with 200kg Bottom Up Overhead Squats (Dead OHS).

    This shows how strong liao hui is. Strongest weightlifter atm.

    This exercise makes sense regarding his squat-jerk technique. I also thought about making squat-jerking my usual technique, so i should make sure that i can squat my clean & jerk max like this.

      But then i thought: Damn it will be hard getting the c & j weight from lying on my back onto my fully extended arms. So i guess this is the solution
