Now his wrist feels better and he can already snatch normally again. Power Cleans are also okay. Full Cleans need a little bit more time.
Note: this is not what he does every day. This was just for fun he told me.
Before the squat set he
did little Power Clean and Jerks and Clean Pulls with 260kg
Also, he will start squatting in January again and might try a 10 rep set with 300kg.
Update: Mart Squatted 320kg x10!
