169kg Clean & Jerk

@omyunchol (-56kg, @hkgrpdprk) clean and jerking 169kg/372.5lb (1kg over triple bodyweight) to total 303kg — a PR total by 1kg over his 302kg from the 2015 WWC. Prior to this event, he was the king of the 56s with his 2012 victory and three straight world titles in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Not to mention several world records and an Asian Games victory as well. But despite his best ever total, he was dethroned at this meet by Long, of China, who managed an incredible 307kg total on the lift following this 169.
