Jim from Beastskills makes progress on his way to the Reverse Muscle Up.

Remember he also had this video where he does Reverse Muscle Ups on Boxes.

Here he is doing Pelican Push Ups. These require not only a great deal of strength, but also good shoulder flexibility.
