Coach Goeff is back with another workout video.

I’m trying a new high power training method with plyometrics to see if I can increase my record for 90 degree push-ups.

Workout:

  • DB reverse flys
  • body rows

Then 4 Supersets of

  • 3 (3,3,3) x fast Planche Push-ups
  • 1 (3,3,3) x 90 degree Push-up
  • 10 (5,5,5)x Plyometric Push-ups
