After you saw her first training session at Europeans 2017, here is Rebeka Koha’s last heavy session before competing.

This was her morning (like 11:00) session, 2 days out. In the afternoon she trained again with Ritvars.

Rebeka’s Workout:

  • Snatches up to 88kg
  • Clean & Jerks up to 105kg
  • Clean Pulls
  • Back Squats up to 120kg

Accessory  Exercises:

  • Barbell Squat Jumps
