I tried to do a straight arm felge on rings and kind of pushed up from a back lever to a maltese (not what i was sposed to do) and halfway thru it popped.
Anyway, he kept his head up an didn’t drown in self pity.
And here is the reward for this. On the left is his straddle planche prior to injury and on the right is his current straddle planche.
