Recovering from a Biceps Tear

Six Month ago Demus had a complete biceps rupture at the elbow. One of the uglier injuries I don’t ever want to happen to myself.Snatching Straddle Planche 6 months after bicep repair.

I tried to do a straight arm felge on rings and kind of pushed up from a back lever to a maltese (not what i was sposed to do) and halfway thru it popped.

Ouch!

Anyway, he kept his head up an didn’t drown in self pity.

And here is the reward for this. On the left is his straddle planche prior to injury and on the right is his current  straddle planche.

Injuries are no excuse for not training. Here are some clips he uploaded while recovering from his surgery.
