The equivalent of something basic like a pull up for the pros (See Gregor Saksida’s Reverse Muscle Ups to L Sit Iron Cross).
One of the coolest ring exercises if you ask me.
- straddle planche or harder ring strength elements
- insane amount of pulling strength
One idea is to start of with just the negative part of the movement.
