As I mentioned recently I got myself the Unbelievable Bulgarians Training Hall DVD.
Fascinating watch if you are into Olympic weightlifting. It shows a glimpse into their world one week prior to leaving for the 1998 World Weightlifting Championships.
You’ve probably read a lot about the Bulgarian System already, but actually seeing these balls out lifts is just mind bending.
As Randall J. Strossen says in the video:
“No fear of missing and no reluctnace to come back and try the weight again.”
