This was a very light session for her and the only session she did before she competed a couple of days later. But even though the weights are not crazy big (for Kuo), I think you will enjoy the video. She makes weightlifting look effortlessly.
She arrived in the US a couple of weeks before worlds. So for that training session she was already well adjusted to the time zone and just tapering.
