This time  he shows How to do Back Extensions with a GHD.
A great exercise for lower back, glutes and hamstrings.

  • after heavy days
  • 3 times per week week
  • 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps
  • rest bar on the traps, not neck
Update: Also try this variation: Snatch Grip Back Extension.
