Earlier today North Sports Olympic Weightlifting posted screenshots of Lu Xiaojun’s back while he did some Snatch High Pulls in the London 2012 Training Hall. The direct translation is “Fast Pull”. Read more about it here. Now, here is the video.
Checking out ATG daily, Long Qingquan saw Lu Xiajun’s Snatch High Pulls and had to one up Lu’s measly 2.2x bodyweight pulls with 2.5x 56kg. 140kg FTW. Via the good guys at NorthSport Olympic Weightlifting.
