Snatch Pull Under to Increase Speed Under the Bar

Chad Vaughn is coaching the Snatch Pull Under. A great drill to work on that speed under the bar as it isolates the extreme extension portion of the snatch. Shrug up on the toes and the lean back to make room for a straight bar path.
