This awesome torture training device looks like a super easy DIY weekend project. You could also just use a door anchor, some straps and a pipe and blast your quads. Or use a bench with leg rollers to achieve the same (Thanks to @WillFIT from beyondgymwalls.com ). You see there are lots of ways to improvise.
