While we are talking about Chinese Weightlifting Methods…. Here is Lu Xiaojun (77kg weight class) setting world records in the 2009 World Weightlifting Championships.     174kg Snatch (WR)+  204 kg Clean and Jerk (w/ Power Jerk)=  for a total of 378 kg (WR) Fantastic lifts.
